DRYER DRUM:
Stansteel 9'x36' dryer drum with Hauck Star Jet E580 combination burner.
BATCH TOWER:
Stansteel Bucket elevator with 18"x10"x11" buckets; S856 chain driven by 40 HP motor; Diester 3 1/2 deck 5'x16' screen; 4 hot bins with 200 ton storage, jacketed mixer driven by 200 HP motor.
AIR SYSTEM:
10' primary dust collector; Stansteel baghouse, factory rated @ 70,000 CFM, all ductwork, air locks with return dust augers, Size 50 exhauster driven by 250 HP motor.
CONTROLS:
10'x20 operator house with 1996 computer batching controls, all push button panels, photohelick, anpmeters, Hauck burner control, Square D starter/breakers.
LIQUID ASPHALT:
Three (3) 20,000 gallon coiled tanks with 1.5 MBTU hot oil heater; off loading pump included.
