COLD FEED:
Three (3) 8'x10' bins with 18" belt feeders, 1 1/2 HP drives; collecting and elevating conveyor.
DRYER:
Cedar Rapids 66" x 24' dryer with Hauck Model SJO 4220 burner with Hauck BCS 3000 burner ciontrol.
AIR SYTEM:
5' cyclone primary dust collector; Estee 22,000 CFM baghouse with 75 HP motor, Sullair 30 HP air compressor.
TOWER:
Cedar Rapids 3000# batch tower with four(4) hot bins, Cedar Rapids screen, AC bucket, aggregate bucket. Librya Gen II computer batch control.
LIQUID ASPHALT:
One(1) 15,000 skidded direct fired AC tank, hot oil scavenger system; 3" 10 HP AC jacketed pump.
CONTROLS:
10'x14' operator control house with all push button stop/start panels, Librya Gen II computer batching controls, Hauck BCS 3000 Burner control, cold feed blending controls, baghouse photohelic; 480/3/60.
Plant is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. Currently running!!!!!
